Our visitors hold the top 3 places in this class, ahead of tomorrow’s cross country. Elizabeth Halliday-Sharp (USA) is in the lead with Fernhill by Night, having impressed the judges to score 43.2. Second place overnight belongs to Izzy Taylor (GBR) and Thistledown Poposki, on 47.8 and lying in 3rd, it’s Oliver Townend (GBR), on 48.0 with Dunbeau. Best of the Irish today was Patricia Ryan, who scored 49.6 with Dunrath Eclipse.

Aoife Clark (IRL) and Rienroe Lucky Ranger did a lovely test yesterday, scoring 38.1 (we’re guessing skilful rather than lucky!). That remains the high score in this class, so Aoife is in the lead heading out tomorrow. Canada’s Kathryn Robinson scored 43.6 to take 2nd place overnight with Cooley Eclipse and Aoife Clark also took 3rd place in the dressage phase today, this time with Wasting Light and a score of 43.9.

Yasmin Ingham (GBR) leads the CCIJ1* overnight, with Imperial Cavalier and a score of 35.6. Ireland’s Charlotte Dixon is only a point behind on 36.6, with Shadow Light and Cathal Daniels (IRL) scored 48.4 today and is in 3rd position going out tomorrow, with RLE Fugitive.
CCI1*P
Lucy Hancock is the top of the leaderboard tonight, with Corries Whiskey and a score of 46.3 and Jessica Kuehnle is very close behind, on 48.8 with Fernhill Ruby. Caoimhe Eivers and Wilderwood Storm are in 3rd place, followed by Lucy Arkwright, with Sally McNally. Hope you all have a great run tomorrow!
Michael Leonard Memorial Championship
Michael Ryan and She’s my Master (thought that was Patricia!) led the way today, finishing on 30.3. Camilla Speirs and BT Pickapocket are 2nd overnight on 30.8 and Katie Nolan posted a score of 32.0 with Belle Ame to finish the day in 3rd place. This is the first class to tackle the cross country course in the morning and we’re sure they’ll be magnificent!
